A Million Leave Sodom Church

1 million-member regional body leaves United Methodist Church over gay marriage, clergy

June 01, 2024
A regional body of the United Methodist Church with approximately 1 million members has voted to leave the mainline denomination over its acceptance of gay marriage and noncelibate gay clergy.

The Côte d'Ivoire Conference based in West Africa voted earlier this week to leave the UMC after the denomination's decision to remove rules banning the blessing of same-sex unions and the ordination of people in romantic same-sex relationships from its Book of Discipline.

With approximately a million members, the conference was one of the largest regional bodies within the worldwide denomination.

"The new United Methodist Church has preferred to sacrifice its honorability and integrity to honor the LGBT" and that "the new United Methodist Church is now based on sociocultural and contextual values which have consumed its doctrinal and disciplinary integrity." READ MORE:
Put the Dragon in the church for a gimmick:
Episcopal cathedral displays 500-foot '2,000 dragons' artwork in sanctuary

May 27, 2024

A California Episcopal Church cathedral has erected a 500-foot-long tapestry painting known as "2,000 Dragons" in its sanctuary to celebrate the Chinese year of the dragon.

Created by painter and tattoo artist Don Ed Henry, "2,000 Dragons" has been on display at Grace Cathedral of San Francisco since April 27 and remains there until Memorial Day Monday.

Nestle said Grace Cathedral is "seeing increased numbers of visitors, drawn by the opportunity to see '2,000 Dragons' — many of whom have never set foot in Grace Cathedral before."

"We also consecrated and ordained our 9th [bishop], The Rt. Rev. Austin Rios, on May 4 encircled by the scroll. Around 800 people were in attendance, and 3,300 people have watched the livestream," she continued. "We're so pleased to have been able to share the work with so many people in the Diocese and beyond."

According to Bible Study Tools, the Bible contains 21 references to dragons, and the term is often used to describe "representations of the devil and demons that would confront the people of God in conflict and temptation." The Bible was first translated into English during a time in which scientists used the word "dragon" to describe large reptiles.

Regarding the usual depiction of dragons in a negative context within Christianity, Nestle said the display is more about showcasing the inclusiveness of other cultures.

NATO training for nuclear strike on Russia – General

The US-led bloc poses a military threat to the country, the head of the border guard service has warned

28 May 2024

NATO nations are preparing for possible nuclear strikes on Russia, a senior Moscow general has warned.

Vladimir Kulishov, the first deputy director of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), and head of the country’s Border Guard Service, outlined threats that his branch has to deal with in an interview with RIA Novosti.

”NATO intelligence operations close to the Russian border are on the rise. Forces of the alliance are intensifying military training, in which they work out military scenarios against the Russian Federation, including nuclear strikes on our territory,” he told the news agency on Tuesday.
Russia has blamed NATO’s expansion in Europe and its increasing presence in Ukraine for the ongoing crisis, which it considers part of a US-led proxy war against it. The military support which Washington and its allies have provided to Kiev may result in an unchecked escalation and a direct war with Russia, which is likely to result in a nuclear exchange, officials in Moscow have warned.

President Vladimir Putin ordered a drill earlier this month to test Russia’s ability to use non-strategic nuclear weapons. The move was described as a reaction to hostile statements by the West.

Nations that donate longer-range weapons to Kiev are currently considering lifting restrictions on their use against targets located in what they recognize as Russian territory. British Foreign Secretary David Cameron has claimed that Kiev “has the right” to deliver such strikes with arms it gets from the UK. READ MORE:

Gay Marriage-Slippery Slope

May 27, 2024

In 2012, 31% of those who attended religious services weekly supported same-sex “marriage.” According to recent Gallup polling data, that number is now 41%. Across the general population, support sits at over 70%.

In After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the ’90s, neuropsychologist Marshall Kirk and advertising executive Hunter Madsen outlined a game plan to change how homosexuality was viewed. Part of this plan was to normalize same-sex “marriage” for Americans, especially Christians.

The game plan, as described by Dr. Butterfield, was simple and straight forward. First, Kirk and Madsen advised activists to be on their best behavior and to focus attention on the victimization of gays and lesbians: “The authors declared it in plain English: no public sex and no gay disturbances until gay marriage is the law, and Christians see us as victims.” To accomplish this, activists needed to identify “easy-to-manipulate churches” who would capitulate and “promote the idea that gays are victims.”

Second, Kirk and Madsen directed activists to redirect the issue at hand from “gay rights” to “anti-discrimination.”

Third, activists would also need to claim or invent a “noble history” for gays and lesbians. According to Dr. Butterfield, “Anyone single, over 40, and dead could be marshaled to the cause as a gay forbear.”

Finally, Kirk and Madsen said, activists should “make victimizers look bad.” For example, “hysterical backwoods preachers” should be compared to Nazis and distinguished “from open-minded pluralists and liberal, loving pastors.”

The North Face supports LGBT overnight camp for 12 year olds where children perform in drag

The North Face clothing brand company has donated to a summer camp that encourages kids as young as 12 to perform in drag shows and explore their "gender expression" through a clothing closet where they can experiment with their looks.

Known as Camp Brave Trails, the overnight summer camp serves LGBT-identifying teens ages 12 to 17. The campgrounds are located in New York and California and boast of campers from all 50 states and other countries.

In a Thursday X post, the nonprofit group Gays Against Groomers called for people to boycott The North Face over its sponsorship of Brave Trails, noting that the camp offers things like "Queer Therapy" to kids.

On its website, Camp Brave Trails advertises standard summer camp activities, such as hiking, archery and stargazing, but with an "LGBTQ+ twist." The summer camp also promises campers that they can "embark on a journey of self-discovery" as they learn more about the LGBT community through "exclusive" programs it claims campers will only find at a camp like Brave Trails.

"This includes identity-based groups, captivating drag shows and workshops, enlightening queer history lessons, and a fantastic clothing closet where you can explore gender expression or experiment with a new look! All this and more awaits you at Camp Brave Trails," the camp website states.

Under Biden Administration, Iran's Mullahs Enjoying Green Light to Go Nuclear

March 30, 2024

The bleak reality is that time is rapidly running out for concerted action to stop Iran's march towards acquiring nuclear weapons capability. The Biden administration's response, however, has been marked by silence, massive funding of Iran and a conspicuous absence of intervention.

[T]he prospect of the world's "leading sponsor of state terrorism" armed with nuclear weapons demands serious and immediate action.

Iran now controls four countries in the region in addition to its own -- Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen. With nuclear weapons, Iran will be able to "export the Revolution" with ease. It will not even have to use its nuclear arsenal; just the threat of a nuclear attack should be enough to deter push-back and secure capitulation. The regime is already establishing footholds in Latin America -- Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua -- from where it will be able to threaten "the Big Satan," the United States.

It is essential to confront the nuclear threat from Iran with haste.

The latest reports from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) paint a chilling picture of Iran's unchecked nuclear advancement. Despite mounting concerns worldwide, Tehran has brazenly obstructed IAEA inspectors, thereby thwarting any meaningful oversight of its nuclear facilities. The agency's quarterly report underscores Iran's nightmarish progress, which include stockpiles of enriched uranium surging to levels of up to 84% purity, perilously close to the coveted weapons-grade threshold of 90%.  Retailers Add Tech to Meet Consumer Demand for Biometric Authentication

March 28, 2024

With consumers looking for more frictionless authentication, retailers ranging from Whole Foods to Steak ’n Shake are adding biometric payments.

Amazon has been looking to remove friction from its Amazon One pay-by-palm capability, most recently launching an app to make signups easier, per an announcement Thursday (March 28), where consumers could previously only sign up at locations that offered the payment option.

“For retailers, the app ensures faster lines and a more frictionless in-store experience,” Dilip Kumar, vice president of AWS Applications, said in a news release.

Amazon One has been deployed both at the eCommerce giant’s own brick-and-mortar chains such as Whole Foods Market as well as at external merchants such as apparel retailers at the Seattle Kraken’s stadium and restaurant chain Panera Bread.

Overall, biometric payments are becoming more common. Last month, Visa showcased its pay-by-palm biometric payment technology for the urban mobility and retail sectors at the unveiling of its revamped Singapore Innovation Center.

“By combining our expertise with cutting-edge technology and solution architecture, we work alongside our partners to materialize solutions that address payment challenges, driving real business value and growth for our clients,” Stephen Karpin, president of Asia Pacific at Visa, said in a statement.

At the end of last year, an automated burger restaurant opened in California using payment technology from biometric identity verification platform PopID, which enables consumers to pay via face or palm scan. Similarly, casual dining chain Steak ’n Shake also shared last year that it is deploying PopID’s pay-by-face capabilities.

Also last year, J.P. Morgan began testing biometric-based payments at some U.S. retailers.

Consumers, for their part, want biometric authentication. According to PYMNTS Intelligence’s “Consumer Authentication Preferences for Online Banking and Transactions,” nearly half of all consumers had used biometrics — fingerprint, face or voice recognition — to authenticate access to online accounts and payment methods in the month before being surveyed. Of those, 52% cited biometrics as their preferred authentication method. READ MORE:
A New World Order'? The Iran-Russia-China Axis During the Biden Administration

The Biden Administration has created a vacuum of leadership on the global stage.

If the US further pulls out of Asia, the Indo-Pacific, the Middle East, Ukraine, Latin America -- anywhere -- the vacuum created will surely be filled by the new axis of China-Russia-Iran. A US pull-out is, most probably, just what they are hoping and waiting for.

If Putin sees any gains in Ukraine, China will try to seize Taiwan.

"We're sitting still, and the Chinese, the Russians, Iran, North Korea, and several others, are moving to shore up their relations and threaten us in a lot of different places... It's an indication that the Saudis and others are [also] trying to hedge their bets with China and Russia, because they don't think the United States has the resolve and the fortitude necessary to do what they need to do to protect the world against Iran and its intentions." — Former US National Security Advisor John R. Bolton,

"The Chinese have a strategy they've been following... We kind of wander around from day to day." — John R. Bolton,, March 12, 2023.

Thanks to the lack of leadership and the vacuum that the Biden administration has created -- and appears continuing to create -- on the global stage, the new axis of Iran-China-Russia has been shaped with Beijing, Moscow and the ruling mullahs -- rather than the brutalized people of Iran. The Axis is seizing leadership of the new world order, or -- if the world's communists manage to defeat the world's democrats, as they seem tenaciously determined to do -- it will be, more accurately, the new world disorder. Doomsday pendulum swings back towards Europe amid warnings of a world war

March 29, 2024

Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which began in February 2022, has been described as "more dangerous than anything Europe has seen since the end of World War II" by Politico. It has triggered the "worst crisis in Russia's relations with the West since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis", said the Daily Mail. "Even talk of a confrontation between Russia and Nato – a Cold War nightmare of leaders and populations alike – indicates the dangers of escalation as the West grapples with a resurgent Russia 32 years after the 1991 fall of the Soviet Union."

European leaders are thought to be tiring of the conflict, now in its third year, and resistance is growing in Washington to open-ended financial support. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that failure to fend off Russia's aggression could spiral into confrontation with Nato and that "certainly means the Third World War",

A confrontation between the US and Iran would "divide, perhaps permanently", Western democracies that would back Washington (such as the UK) and those who "might sensibly prioritize renewed diplomatic outreach to Tehran", said Simon Tisdall in The Guardian.

It would prolong Israel's war in Gaza, almost certainly trigger a Hezbollah attack on Israel, destabilize friendly regimes in Egypt, Jordan and the Gulf, escalate violence in Iraq and Syria, help China realize its anti-democratic geopolitical ambitions and aid Russia in justifying the Ukraine war, said Tisdall.

The greatest threat to geopolitical stability has long been assumed to be the growing tensions between China and the US over the past few years. Despite a slight thawing that led to a ground-breaking meeting between leaders Xi Jinping and Joe Biden in November, core issues between the two – most notably, over the island of Taiwan and the question of its sovereignty – remain

Since talks with Trump broke down in 2019 over disagreements about international sanctions on Pyongyang, Kim Jon Un has "focused on modernizing his nuclear and missile arsenals", according to Sky News.
In his New Year's Eve address, he warned that the actions of the US and its allies have pushed the Korean peninsula to the brink of nuclear war, and announced that the hermit kingdom had abandoned "the existential goal of reconciling with rival South Korea", READ MORE:

The Dangerous Global Order with a Nuclear Armed Iran

February 10, 2024

America's actions now – or else its inaction – will determine the ability of global powers to mold an international order that either upholds democratic values or succumbs to the dominance of terror groups and dictatorships.

Inaction or a failure to adopt a resolute stance against the ascent of Iran as a state sponsor of terrorism armed with nuclear capabilities, can only pave the way for a world where autocratic regimes and extremist factions dictate the course of international affairs.

Since the Biden administration took office, Iran has been rapidly advancing its uranium enrichment, approaching levels of 83.7% close to the 90% needed for nuclear weapons capability.

The consequences of Iran possessing nuclear weapons should not be downplayed or overlooked. The Iranian regime has repeatedly threatened to annihilate Israel, and views that goal a central pillar of its ideology. This commitment is rooted in religious prophecies from the regime's founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, and current Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, foreseeing the eventual eradication of Israel.  The Genocide of 'The Sunday People': 365,000,000 Christians Persecuted Worldwide

February 7, 2024

Overall, the global persecution of Christians remains higher than ever, with 365 million believers suffering "high levels of persecution and discrimination for their faith."

Christians suffer "extreme levels of persecution" in the top 13 of the 50 nations. They are: 1) North Korea, 2) Somalia, 3) Libya, 4) Eritrea, 5) Yemen, 6) Nigeria, 7) Pakistan, 8) Sudan, 9) Iran, 10) Afghanistan, 11) India, 12) Syria, 13) and Saudi Arabia.

In the worst of the Muslim nations, Christianity has been so stamped out over the years that there are no indigenous Christians to persecute, only converts—apostates, who, according to most interpretations of Islamic law, deserve death.

All of us would have become familiar by now with terms like Digital ID’s, Digital Currency, cashless commerce, Biometrics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), the manipulation of human DNA, global government, etc. All these are very definite precursors to the Mark of the Beast that would be forced very soon by the Antichrist on mankind. Without the blend of the above mentioned Technologies, the Mark of the Beast cannot be developed. The Bible also mentions that this Mark of the Beast i.e. (666) would be introduced under a ‘One World Government’. Today, world leaders are very serious about getting the nations of the world to surrender their sovereignty to a central governing group.

Below mentioned are excerpts from an article titled, UN’s Vision of The Future: One Digital ID To Rule Us All.

The UN’s vision for the future of global cooperation will be decided at The Summit of the Future in September 2024. Three briefings to be discussed are:

1. A Global Digital Compact, (2) Reforms to the International Financial Architecture, and (3) The Future of Outer Space Governance.

A vital part of the agenda is also digital connectivity and the establishment of a Global Digital Compact. [The goal is a] digitally connected network of people, entities, devices, and things, that easily can be directed by those who run the system.

The suggestions happen to be very similar to what the World Economic Forum prescribed in their report, “Unlocking Technologies for the Global Goals in 2020.”

A Digital ID [for everyone] is the cornerstone in this work. [They are suggesting] a new ‘apex body’ in charge of the entire financial system that will enhance its coherence and align its priorities with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

[They admit that] “A digital ID… can… introduce new risks and challenges.” It can be used to undermine human rights - for example, by enabling civil society to be targeted, or selected groups to be excluded from social benefits.

This can later be fused with a social credit system and Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) - which is now being introduced and tested in many countries across the world. To receive your daily bread you’ll have to obey and accept the instructions from [those in charge]. If the UN declares a “Planetary Emergency,” this will have severe consequences for our freedoms (as we experienced during the pandemic).

Latest in the news is Worldcoin, an iris biometric cryptocurrency project, and the company behind it has developed an eye scanner called the “Orb.” All it takes is one look and a person’s biometric data gets stored in the internet database. This gives a new digital identity to that person which that person can use all over the internet. This project has been beta tested on 2 million people worldwide.

Next in the news is AmazonOne, which is Amazon’s palm recognition service for identification, payment, and loyalty membership. It’s also been construed that by the end of this year, all 500+ Whole Foods Market locations in the US will offer AmazonOne for payment and Prime membership benefits. This means Whole Foods Market customers who choose to use AmazonOne will no longer need their wallet or even a phone to pay - they can simply hover their palm over an AmazonOne device.

When these technologies would be introduced worldwide, cash would no longer be required. As a result, cash would be completely eliminated and a digital global economic system would be developed, and the entire world would be a keystroke away from absolute dictatorship.

The Biden Administration and the Iranian Regime's Nuclear Weapons

January 27, 2024

In a noteworthy development, for the first time, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has issued a warning, signaling that Iran now holds a sufficient quantity of highly enriched uranium capable of producing multiple nuclear warheads.

The regime has been actively supporting Hamas against Israel, providing assistance to Yemen's Houthi terror group to attack ships in the Red Sea, escalating tensions with Pakistan, and providing weaponry to Russia for use against Ukraine. These multifaceted engagements in regional and global conflicts indicate the regime's likely view of nuclear weapons as a means to further its strategic objectives.

In the midst of these ongoing conflicts, the last thing we need is an aggressive regime, with terrorist inclinations -- and clearly no intention, despite every opportunity the West has given it, of "coming in from the cold" -- possessing nuclear weapons.

As Andrea Stricker of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies wrote:

"Iran sprinting for nuclear weapons this year would be the capstone of the Biden-Sullivan foreign policy doctrine of letting our adversaries run the globe and pushing back only when it's too late or the situation becomes untenable." READ MORE:

ChatGPT, AI and the “Image of the Beast”

Jan 19, 2024

On November 30, 2022, the best artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot in history was released by OpenAI, an AI research and deployment company. The chatbot, called ChatGPT (GPT stands for “Generative Pre-Trained Transformer”), garnered more than 1 million users within its first five days and has since surged in popularity for its ability to answer complex questions and produce detailed, human-like content. Most impressively, according to Forbes, “ChatGPT has been able to generate intricate Python code and write college-level essays when given a prompt.”

I decided to test out ChatGPT’s writing ability for myself and asked the bot to write an article on how AI like ChatGPT could potentially fulfill the “Image of the Beast” prophecy in Revelation 13, which is the topic of this article. This was its response:
The image of the beast, as described in the Book of Revelation, is a symbol of the end times, representing a powerful and manipulative force that deceives and controls people. In today's world, chatbots and other artificial intelligence programs are becoming increasingly prevalent and sophisticated, raising the question of whether they could potentially fulfill the prophecy of the image of the beast.

One way in which chatbots could potentially fulfill this prophecy is through their ability to manipulate and deceive people. Chatbots are designed to mimic human conversation and can be programmed to present themselves as real people, leading some people to form emotional connections with them. This can be particularly dangerous in cases where chatbots are used to impersonate real people or organizations in order to scam or manipulate individuals.

Another way in which chatbots could fulfill the prophecy of the image of the beast is through their potential to control people's actions and behaviors. Chatbots can be programmed to persuade and influence people's decisions, and as they become more advanced, they may be able to anticipate and manipulate people's thoughts and behaviors in increasingly sophisticated ways.

Finally, chatbots could potentially fulfill the prophecy of the image of the beast through their ability to access and analyze vast amounts of personal data. Many chatbots are connected to the internet and have access to a wide range of data sources, including social media profiles, online search histories, and more. This data can be used to create detailed profiles of individuals and to predict and influence their actions and behaviors. READ MORE:

2024: The Year Iran Will Go Nuclear If Western Powers Do Not Act

January 6, 2024
The period of the Biden administration's leadership has witnessed notable strides in Iran's ballistic missile capabilities. These encompass advances in range, accuracy and payload capacity. Because of the apparent lack of oversight from world leaders, especially the United States, the rising provision of ballistic missiles by Iran to non-state actors --including terrorist and militia groups, as well as rogue states -- now presents a significant source of concern for global security.

The expansion of Iran's ballistic missile program can also be attributed to various policies of the Biden administration, such as the infusion of billions of dollars into the Iranian treasury, overlooking Tehran's destabilizing actions in the region, and a lack of robust enforcement of sanctions, among other factors.

As of now, Iran has the Middle East's largest ballistic missile arsenal. Iran is the only country to have acquired long-range ballistic missiles before possessing nuclear weapons. This unique characteristic raises concerns about the potential dual-use nature of these missiles. The Iranian regime appears to be developing sophisticated missiles primarily designed as delivery vehicles for nuclear weapons. READ MORE:
Japan issues tsunami warnings after powerful earthquake

Japan issued tsunami warnings for several regions after a powerful earthquake shook the country’s western coast on Monday, prompting authorities to urge those in vulnerable areas to evacuate or run to higher ground.

The Japan Meteorological Agency said the earthquake, which erupted off the Noto Peninsula around 4:10 p.m. local time, had a preliminary magnitude of 7.6. At least 59 smaller earthquakes, at least nine of which had magnitudes of over 5 according to its scale of seismic intensity, followed nearby, the agency said. The U.S. Geological Survey also recorded several earthquakes around Japan’s western coast on Monday, estimating the strongest one to have had a magnitude of 7.5.

There were more than 30 reports of buildings collapsing in the city of Wajima in Ishikawa Prefecture, where the earthquake’s epicenter was recorded, as well as a fire in the city center, Japanese public broadcaster NHK reported. At least six people were buried alive in the rubble, said Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi during a Monday news conference.
Predictions From Economic Mastermind for 2024

US economist predicts 2024 will bring 'biggest crash of our lifetime'

Harry Dent warns an 'everything bubble' will burst in the new year

"Since 2009, this has been 100% artificial, unprecedented money printing and deficits; $27 trillion over 15 years, to be exact. This is off the charts, 100% artificial, which means we're in a dangerous state," Harry Dent told Fox News Digital. "I think 2024 is going to be the biggest single crash year we'll see in our lifetimes."

"I'm the guy that's praying for a crash while everybody else is not. We need to get back down to normal, and we need to send a message to central banks," he continued. "This should be a lesson I don't think we'll ever revisit. I don't think we'll ever see a bubble for any of our lifetimes again."

Dent, who spent the majority of his career analyzing proprietary research, credited his against-the-grain prediction to overvalued markets and excessive stimulus spending. While recent rallies have overwhelmingly provided investors with mild recession expectations, Dent remained firm that an "everything bubble" will burst next year.

"That's an 86% crash in the S&P and a 92% crash in the NASDAQ. And crypto, it's going to be 96%. So that is a big deal," the economist added. "And real estate, by the way, is only projected, by me, to go back to its 2012 lows... but that's a 50% crash for the average house, which went down 34% in the last crash, more than the Great Depression, more than any time in history. That is what's going to hurt people the most."
A very stark eye opener as to the intent of Islam:
 Hatred for the Christian Cross

"Under no circumstances is a human permitted to wear the cross." Why? "Because the prophet — peace and blessings on him — commanded the breaking of it [the cross]." — Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Tarifi, Saudi expert on Islamic law

One Pakistani shoe-seller placed the image of the cross on the soles of his shoes so that the crucifix could be trampled with every footstep.

Despite being called "people of the book" — a view apologists for Islam tend to strain — both Christians and Jews are, in the end, also classified as infidels (kuffar; singular, kafir). Thus Koran 5:51 warns Muslims against "taking the Jews and Christians as friends and allies ... whoever among you takes them for friends and allies, he is surely one of them"—that is, he too becomes an infidel. Koran 5:73 declares that "Infidels are they who say God is one of three," a reference to the Christian Trinity; Koran 5:72 says "Infidels are they who say God is the Christ, [Jesus] son of Mary"; and Koran 9:30 complains that "the Christians say the Christ is the son of God ... may Allah's curse be upon them!". Iran conducted war games in the Persian Gulf this past week in what is considered and open response to Israel’s threats of a preemptive strike on the radical Islamic regime’s nuclear program.

“These exercises had a very clear message: a serious, real … warning to threats by the Zionist regime’s authorities to beware of their mistakes,” Guards chief General Hossein Salami said on state TV. “We will cut off their hands if they make a wrong move… The distance between actual operations and military exercises is only a change in the angles of launching the missiles.”

The exercises included the firing of 16 ballistic missiles of different classes that were aimed at and destroyed predetermined targets.

These ballistic missiles have ranges of up to 2,000km and can reach US bases in the region as well as Israel. Israel has made it clear it will not allow Iran to have nuclear weapons. WATCH VIDEO:
We See [Israel, i.e.] The Regime Occupying Jerusalem, As A Tool Of International Zionism... We Will Not Back Down One Millimeter From [The Vision Of] The Disappearance Of [This Regime]...
In a November 28, 2021 interview with the ISNA news agency, Iranian Armed Forces spokesman Gen. Abollfazl Shekarchi set out his ideological doctrine regarding Iran's view of the West, Israel, and the regional order that Iran is trying to instill in the Middle East.

Notably, his statements framed the call for the annihilation of Israel as an ideal and as a major goal towards which the Iranian regime was working. Israel, he stressed, is a tool of "international Zionism" that seeks to enslave the "subjects of God" – that is, the Muslims – and that all the Arab Muslim countries that aid Israel are considered by the Iranian regime to be part of Israel's illegitimate regime. "Basiji thought" – the culture of martyrdom and jihad of Iran's Islamic Revolution – is, he explained, the only existing structure against Zionism, and it has become the only effective weapon of the nations oppressed by Zionism and by the "arrogance" – that is, the U.S..

Shekarchi explained how Iran views the West, which he called the enemy of Iran, in terms of "Satan," according to the model set out by Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Revolution. He detailed the "satanic" hierarchy of the Western countries: The U.S. is the "Great Satan," while countries such as France and Britain are "smaller Satans," and all these "Satans" are seeking to enslave the Muslims and other peoples and to plunder their resources, using the cultural influence of the values of the infidel world via technology. He also spoke out against intellectuals and political activists in Iran who are enchanted by the infidel Western culture and are calling for reaching understandings with the U.S..

Vehemently rejecting the possibility of arriving at any understandings with the U.S., Shekarchi also rejected the legitimacy of the American presence in the Middle East, let alone in the Gulf, Afghanistan, and Syria. This, he said, was because the U.S. constitutes a focus of insecurity in the region, and Iran is the antithesis of this. He also stressed that Iran's presence in other countries such as Syria is aimed at establishing security and promoting peace in the region, as is Iran's presence in the Atlantic.
'One wrong move': Tehran Times reveals Iran's targets in Israel

A "rocket alert" map displaying a list of targets Iran would strike including pins in Lebanese territory and on Palestinian cities.

An Iranian newspaper published a map on Wednesday threatening Israel with missile attacks. The map shows pins representing rocket alerts for dozens of potential targets, including Lebanese territory and Palestinian cities in the West Bank.

The map, published on the front page of the Tehran Times, was part of an article headlined “Just one wrong move!”

“An intensification of the Israeli military threats against Iran seems to suggest that the Zionist regime has forgotten that Iran is more than capable of hitting them from anywhere,” wrote the paper, adding it “doesn’t need to remind the illegitimate regime of Israel of Iran’s defense capabilities.”

In seventh round of nuclear talks, Iran’s intentions will finally become clear

Khamenei had plenty of reasons to stall, but if there’s no change in Tehran’s stance, the West needs a Plan B — with options ranging from a military strike to US concessions

November 29, 2021

Negotiators will meet in Vienna on Monday for the first indirect nuclear talks between Iran and the US in nearly six months. “Regarding fissile material, they are very close,” said Zimmt, estimating that it would take 3-4 weeks to enrich enough uranium for a nuclear weapon.

Some, like Israel, believe Iran is deliberately stalling on talks to give itself time to build up its nuclear capacity. However, others believe that that Iranians themselves do not yet know if they want to return to the original nuclear deal, or how to get there.

As summer turned into fall, Iran pressed on toward nuclear weapons capability. The International Atomic Energy Agency reported earlier this month that Tehran had significantly increased its stockpile of highly enriched uranium in recent weeks, reaching 113.8 kg (251 lbs) enriched to 20 percent, up from 84.3 (186 lbs) in September, and 17.7 kg (39 lbs) enriched up to 60%, up from 10 kg (22 lbs).

Prepare for Armageddon: China's warning to the world | 60 Minutes Australia

The message coming out of China is getting louder by the day. It doesn't like other countries, especially Australia, ganging up and meddling in its affairs. As we know Beijing is currently doing its best to punish us economically, but in the last few days President Xi Jinping has also ratcheted up the rhetoric by warning of the perils of a new cold war. A loose translation is if we don't stop poking the panda, we'll face serious consequences. Now it's worth taking the threat seriously because Xi controls the largest military force in the world, and as one of his supporters cautions tonight, the cost of conflict with China could be Armageddon.

1 Christian Killed, 60 Worshippers Abducted From Nigerian Church During Latest Attack by Armed Bandits

One Christian is dead and at least 60 others are missing after a group of bandits reportedly stormed a church in Kaduna state, Nigeria last Sunday.

The Open Doors UK ministry reports that the gunmen entered Emmanuel Baptist Church in the Kakau Daji area. To make matters worse, the telephone system was shut down at the time, preventing any outside calls for help.

"This kidnapping is a shocking example of the audacity of the so-called bandits and the impunity that is escalating, seemingly without bounds in Nigeria,"

"The abducted Emmanuel Baptist Church worshippers would have cried out on Sunday to facilitate their rescue and for people to know that they were endangered, but they could not cry out," Haya added. "So, the shutdown of telecom network even assisted the bandits more."

‘Always ready’ for US & Israel: Iran launches massive military drill

7 Nov, 2021

Iran kicked off a large-scale military exercise on Sunday. The maneuvers take place weeks before negotiators are set to meet for a new attempt at salvaging the 2015 nuclear deal.

The drill, dubbed ‘Zolfaghar-1400’, includes maneuvers in parts of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Oman, which is connected to the Persian Gulf through the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

The Iranian Navy and the Air Force were practicing striking targets, using various drones among other weapons, in the southern part of the country in close coordination with ground troops and rapid response units, Iranian media reported.

A spokesperson for the exercise, Rear Admiral Mahmoud Mousavi, was quoted by the media as saying that different branches of the military were training to carry out surprise attacks on the enemy. F-4 fighter jets practiced hitting naval targets with anti-ship missiles, among other activities, he said.
The commander of the Khatam-al Anbiya Central Headquarters, Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, said Iranian forces were “always ready for a strategic, operational and tactical confrontation” in defense against the US and Israel.

The entire battle front in Eastern Golan, between Israel and the forces of Iran, Syria, and Hebollah has one purpose – to control the Golan. For he who controls the Golan – controls Israel. This is why so much focus i being put on it by Israel and her enemies.

In the coming Northern war, it is certain that Iran and its proxies will attempt to overrun the Golan Heights and reign missiles on Israel. Israel is keeping a close on the Syrian side of the Golan and is concentrating most of its firepower on picking off an build up Iranian or Iranian backed proxies there.

For Israel, losing the Golan would be catastrophic. Iran knows this and will do whatever is necessary to conquer the strategic territory.

October 27, 2021

There are a number of indications that Israel and her allies are gearing up for some sort of Iran strike. One of them was the “Blue Flag” Air Force exercise in the Negev held with 8 nations including the UAE. Israel has held plenty of join exercises before, but the introduction of the UAE and the timing of the exercise amid heightened Iran tensions makes this exercise stand out.

It is clear American patience with Iran’s intransigence is wearing thin and that says a lot since the Biden team is filled with pro-Iranian sycophants. The fact that the Ayatollahs believe that it is better to pick a fight with the USA must mean only one thing – they are ready. The fact is they are close to a nuclear bomb, but even more important they have full backing from China.

In the war to come, Israel and her partners will need to have the full power of their air forces ready to strike when necessary and at the same time deal with Iranian proxies that surround Israel. WATCH VIDEO:

The attack by the IAF against the IRCG in Syria and the indication that it was blessed by the USA, even though the Biden administration is trying to conduct negotiations means that even Biden or lets say his team has realized that the Iranians are not interested in reaching any deal.

And then there are the negotiations with Iran, which the Europeans and the USA now admit are going no where with Iran refusing to negotiate. Considering the fact that each moment there is no deal, the Iranian regime marches ever closer to a bomb, one would assume that the West is careening towards a direct conflict with the Mullahs. Iran vows revenge after deadly Israeli strike

October 14, 2021

The Israeli Air Force carried out a strike in the Palmyra area in Syria on Wednesday night, killing one soldier and wounding three others, Syria’s stated media reported.

Syria’s official SANA news reported that the IAF carried out an air attack from the direction of the Palmyra area in the countryside of Homs, targeting a communications tower and other targets surrounding it, which led to the death of a soldier and the wounding of three others, and some material damage.

The airstrikes hit several Iranian-backed militias’ centers, including a training center and a communication tower, a few kilometers to the east of T4 airbase. Following the attack, several media outlets in Syria affiliated with Iran and Hezbollah, cited by Ynet, reported that a militia group backed by Tehran and Hassan Nasrallah’s Lebanon-based terror organization, issued a statement warning Israel of a “very harsh” response.

The group “has made the decision to respond to the Israeli-American attack against Syria’s allies as an act of revenge for the injured and the deceased. The response will be very harsh,” the statement read.
G7 finance leaders lay out guidelines for central bank digital currencies

Global central banks are looking to speed up domestic and international systems

October 14

Group of Seven advanced economies said on Wednesday that any digital currency issued by a central bank must "support and do no harm" to the bank's ability to fulfill its mandate on monetary and financial stability, and must also meet rigorous standards.

If issued, a central bank digital currency (CBDC) would complement cash and could act as a liquid, safe settlement asset and an anchor for the payments system, the G7 nations said after their meeting on Wednesday.

Global central banks have stepped up efforts to develop their own digital currencies to modernize financial systems and speed up domestic and international payments.

China has been leading the pack toward issuing a digital currency, while G7 central banks have been working to set common standards toward issuing CBDCs as some proceed with experiments.
Lapid: Israel can act against Iran at any moment, in any way

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says “time is running short” for Tehran to return to nuclear deal.

OCTOBER 13, 2021

The world must act to stop the evil of Iran, Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said in a trilateral meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed in Washington on Wednesday.

“Israel reserves the right to act at any given moment, in any way,” Lapid stated. “That is not only our right, it is also our responsibility. Iran has publicly stated it wants to wipe us out; we have no intention of letting that happen.”

“Secretary of State Blinken and I are sons of Holocaust survivors. We know there are moments when nations must use force to protect the world from evil. If a terror regime is going to acquire a nuclear weapon, we must act. We must make clear that the civilized world won’t allow it,” he said.

If diplomacy between world powers and Iran fails, “other options will be on the table,” Lapid said. “When we say other options, I think everyone understands here, in Israel, in the Emirates and in Tehran, what it means,”

Iran says it has stockpiled over 120 kg. of 20% enriched uranium

October 10, 2021

Iran’s nuclear chief announced Saturday that the country has reached its target of 120 kg. of 20% enriched uranium almost three months ahead of schedule, in another challenge to the West that wants to limit the Islamic Republic’s nuclear stockpile.

“We have passed 120 kilograms,” said Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran on state television. We have more than that figure.”

“Our people know well that [the Western powers] were meant to give us the enriched fuel at 20 percent to use in the Tehran reactor, but they haven’t done so,” he added. “If our colleagues do not do it, we would naturally have problems with the lack of fuel for the Tehran reactor.”

According to the Arms Control Association, 120 kg is about half the amount needed to make a single nuclear bomb, once it has been taken to a 90% purity level. Iran announced in April that it had begun enriching uranium to the intermediate step of 60%, which Western countries say has no civilian use.

Pakistan quake kills at least 20, injures hundreds

October 7, 2021

An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 hit southern Pakistan in the early hours of Thursday, killing 20 people, most of them women and children, and injuring about 300, at a time when many victims were asleep, authorities said.

The earthquake struck at a shallow depth of about 20 km (12 miles), with its epicentre 102 km (62 miles) east of the city of Quetta, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.

"I was sleeping when suddenly my entire house jolted," Munir Shah, 40, a resident of Harnai district in Balochistan province, told Reuters by telephone.

"I took my children and wife outside. It was a terrifying situation as houses in Harnai were collapsing, my house was also damaged," he added."I found a large number of people under debris. Some of them might have died."

More than 100 mud houses collapsed and many buildings were damaged, said district official Sohail Anwar. Television images showed buildings with gaping cracks, caved-in roofs and crumpled walls.
After 5.8 earthquake, Greek island of Crete hit by strong aftershocks

3rd October 2021

The southern Greek island of Crete was hit by a strong aftershock, with a preliminary magnitude of 5.3, one day after an earthquake killed one person and injured several others.

The epicenter of Tuesday morning's aftershock, the strongest of dozens that hit the island, was 22 kilometers southeast of Heraklion, Crete's main city and fourth largest in Greece, said the Athens Geodynamic Institute.

On Monday, a 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck Crete, creating panic in the streets, damaging homes, causing rockslides and killing one person when a church collapsed. Monday's temblor was "most probably the main earthquake," and such events are followed by "intense seismic activity" in the form of aftershocks, according to a statement issued by the Greek Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Ministry.

The area's residents were also advised by the ministry to avoid slightly damaged buildings and follow the instructions of authorities.

Many local residents spent the night in tents set up by authorities, as many homes were damaged by the first earthquake.

Nuclear Armed Iran More Dangerous Than North Korea

October 2, 2021

The Iranian regime is nearing an atomic milestone in acquiring nuclear weapons. In the meantime, the Biden administration does not seem to have a clear agenda to prevent the mullahs from going nuclear. Even the New York Times reported that the Islamic Republic is "within roughly a month of having enough material to fuel a single nuclear weapon".

The threats of a nuclear-armed Iran must not be underestimated. First, the regime has frequently threatened to wipe a whole country -- Israel -- off the map. One of the core pillars of the Islamic Republic has been destroying the Jewish state. It is also one of the religious prophecies of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, as well as his successor, the current Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, that Israel will be eventually erased from the face of the earth.

General Hossein Salami, the chief of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has made the Iranian regime's plans vehemently clear: "Our strategy is to erase Israel from the global political map," he stated. Since 1979, by deploying its IRGC and its elite branch, the Quds Force, Iran's leaders have managed to expand Tehran's influence throughout the Middle East from Yemen to Lebanon, Syria, and the Gaza Strip through its proxy groups, including the Houthi militia, Hezbollah, Hamas and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), a conglomerate of more than 40 militia groups in Iraq.

Third, there is the dangerous likelihood of nuclear weapons falling into the hands of Iran's proxy and militia groups, or that the Iranian regime will share its nuclear technology with its proxies and allies such as the Syrian regime or the Taliban in Afghanistan.

America Is Having a Violence Wave, Not a Crime Wave

October 4, 2021

A historic rise in homicides in 2020—and continued bloodshed in 2021—has incited fears that after years of plummeting crime rates, the U.S. could be headed back to the bad old days, when a crime wave gripped the country from the 1970s to the 1990s.

But the FBI’s “Uniform Crime Report” for 2020, released Monday, suggests something stranger: Perhaps America is in the midst of what is specifically a violence wave, not a broad crime wave. Even as violent crime rose, led by significant jumps in murders and aggravated assaults, property crime continued a years-long decline.

“There was no crime wave—there was a tsunami of lethal violence, and that’s it,” Philip Cook, a crime expert at Duke University. The murder rate rose by nearly 30 percent, the largest increase on record. There were about 21,500 murders, or 6.5 per 100,000 people. Aggravated assault, the most common form of violent crime, rose 12 percent.

'Iraq Is Really Iran 2.0': Nobel Peace Prize Nominee Warns of Resurgence of ISIS and Iranian Influence in Iraq

Iran and ISIS are on the move in the Middle East. Both are ready to jump in and fill the void as Biden plans to withdraw U.S. combat troops from Iraq by the end of this year.

Nobel Peace Prize nominee Juliana Taimoorazy said Christians and other Iraqis are in danger because ISIS is regenerating.

"They have become emboldened because of the fall of Afghanistan," she said. "A lot of people said that ISIS was absolutely defeated in Iraq. But starting in 2019, ISIS actually started again. And within the last three months, they've been really aggressive and reorganizing, setting up checkpoints. Attacking people around the Kirkuk area and other places in Iraq."

"And these attacks, it is really Iran showing its infiltration, its might against the American interests inside Iraq," Taimoorazy continued. "When I speak with my Iranian sources, they say the Iranian government laughs when they say Iraq is not an independent country anymore. Iraq is really Iran 2.0."

Iranian spokesman: 'War with Israel has already begun'

'Israel has murdered nuclear scientists and harmed the Iranian people, the entire crisis in the region is Israel's fault,' Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh says.

Saeed Khatibzadeh, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, has told the Maariv newspaper that "the war with Israel has already begun."

According to Khatibzadeh, "Israel has carried out attacks that were intended to destroy our nuclear program for peaceful purposes."

He added that Israel "has murdered nuclear scientists and harmed the Iranian people. Iran is blamed for terrorism, but there is no good or bad terrorist. The entire crisis in the region is the fault of Israel."
Why Israel is stepping up its planning, and its rhetoric, for a strike on Iran

For perhaps 3 years after the JCPOA was inked, Israel essentially discarded its operational planning and capability to decimate Iran’s nuclear facilities. That’s all changed now

Since the Trump administration pulled out, Tehran has been openly breaching the deal — including by producing advanced centrifuges, enriching fast-growing quantities of uranium to 60%, and stockpiling (as of August) some 85 kilos of 20%-enriched uranium.

In his speech to the UN General Assembly last week, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett declared that “Iran’s nuclear program has hit a watershed moment, and so has our tolerance. Words do not stop centrifuges from spinning… We will not allow Iran to acquire a nuclear weapon.”

IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi publicly declared (in January) that the IDF was preparing fresh “operational plans” for a potent military strike; (in August) that Iran’s nuclear progress has prompted the IDF “to speed up its operational plans,” with a fresh budget to do so; and (in September) that the IDF has “greatly accelerated” preparations for action against Iran’s nuclear program.
It is avowedly preparing to strike, with the added credibility of a track record of recent successful actions against the Iranian program. And it is doing so, genuinely readying for action, in the profound hope that the very candid sincerity of that planning will deter the rapacious extremists in Tehran, rendering such a strike unnecessary.

Revolutionary Guards chief: Iran has ‘built power’ to confront ‘failed’ US

Hossein Salami dismisses America as ‘fleeing and depressed,’ in apparent reference to Afghanistan, calls Israel a ‘small power’

September 21, 2021

Iran has “built power” to confront the United States, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Tuesday, while dismissing Israel’s regional clout.

“We have built power to defeat the US. When we build power for man’s largest military empire, i.e. the US, small powers like the Zionist regime are no longer counted in our equations,” Gen. Hossein Salami was quoted as saying by the Fars news agency.

He claimed that Iran no longer saw the US as a threat after it withdrew forces from the region, in an apparent reference to the recent chaotic pullout of American forces from Afghanistan.

Satanists Claim Their Religious Rights Are Being Denied in Texas Because They Can’t Kill Babies

SEP 8, 2021

Salon magazine on Saturday published an article entitled “Why Satanists may be the last, best hope to save abortion rights in Texas.” Yes, you read that right: Satanists. For decades, pro-lifers have noted the plain evil of the wholesale destruction of millions of children in the name of “reproductive freedom” and “my body, my choice,” to the indignation of Leftists who claimed that they were really the compassionate ones, the only ones who cared for the poor women who had to get abortions. But now, in the face of Texas’ new move to protect life, Salon is laying all the cards on the table.

“As pro-choice and reproductive health groups are scrambling to make sense of Texas’ new, near-total abortion ban that went into effect this week,” writes Salon’s Brett Bachman, “it appears their efforts to skirt the law are getting an unexpected boost from one organization in particular: The Satanic Temple.”

The group has established an ‘abortion ritual,’ and is attempting to use the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (which was created to allow Native Americans access to peyote for religious rituals) to argue that its members should be allowed access to abortion drugs like Misoprostol and Mifepristone for religious purposes.”

Clever: Claim that abortion is a religious sacrament that must be protected on religious freedom grounds. Satanic Temple spokesdemon Lucien Greaves stated: “I am sure Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton—who famously spends a good deal of his time composing press releases about Religious Liberty issues in other states—will be proud to see that Texas’s robust Religious Liberty laws, which he so vociferously champions, will prevent future Abortion Rituals from being interrupted by superfluous government restrictions meant only to shame and harass those seeking an abortion.

 7.0 earthquake shakes southwestern Mexico

September 8, 2021

A 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Acapulco, Mexico, on Tuesday at 8:47 p.m., local time, shaking portions of southwestern Mexico and causing power outages.

Power flashes lit up the night sky as the earthquake rumbled and left parts of the Acapulco area without electricity. Damage to phone lines and electrical wiring were reported. Some blackouts were also reported in Tlatelolco, Mexico. As of Tuesday night, around 1.6 million people were without power across five states in Mexico, and 13% of residents in Mexico City were experiencing power outages following the earthquake.

The earthquake even affected areas over 230 miles away from its center, including Mexico City. Residents were trapped in a wobbling cable-bus in the rain as the earthquake shook the area.

People flooded the streets of these cities in case of collapse, and buildings were evacuated. Helicopters flew over Mexico City in search of structural damage.
India fighting to contain Nipah, a virus deadlier than COVID-19

September 7, 2021

A 12-year-old boy has died in India of Nipah, a rare virus that is far deadlier than COVID-19 — and one that health officials have long feared could start a global pandemic.

The unidentified boy died Sunday at a hospital in Kerala, the southern state already battling the highest number of COVID-19 cases in the hard-hit country, officials there said.

He had already visited two other hospitals before his death, putting him in contact with potentially hundreds of people — with up to 11 showing potential symptoms, NDTV reported.

Previous outbreaks of Nipah, or NiV, showed an estimated fatality rate of between 40% and 75%, according to the World Health Organization, making it far more deadly than the coronavirus.

“The virus has been shown to spread from person-to-person in these outbreaks, raising concerns about the potential for NiV to cause a global pandemic,” the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said.

Kabul explosions: Multiple casualties; 4 (now 10) US Marines killed, 3 wounded

August 26, 2021

Two explosions outside the Kabul airport Thursday killed over 11 people and wounded as many as 60, including U.S. Marines, reinforcing concerns about the safety of Americans in the country following the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan.

The attack came after the U.S. State Department on Wednesday warned Americans to avoid going near the Hamid Karzai International Airport after reports of an imminent attack by the Islamic State-Khorosan, (ISIS-K), on Afghans attempting to flee the country.

Two explosions we carried out near the airport, the first at Abbey Gate which resulted in numerous Afghan and American casualties. The second was near Baron Hotel, which is close to the Abbey Gate and is where British troops process Afghans before they depart on evacuation flights.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, called on Biden to “fix the mess you created.” Maintaining that “we are still at war,” he delivered a message to the president: “You didn’t end the war, you just gave the enemy new advantage.  Daniel 8 - Very close now:

August 26, 2021

Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz issued a statement saying that Iran is 2 months away from a nuclear bomb and that Israel has the means to defend itself.

The statement was purposely timed for Bennett’s visit with American President Joe Biden in order to set the tone for Israel’s position visa vi Iran. The problem Bennett, Gantz, and Lapid are now having is that they pegged their hopes on stopping Iran on a crumbling US empire – more concerned about pulling away from the world stage than helping its erstwhile allies defend themselves.

The Bennett government has not reached the same conclusion that US allies in NATO have – that the America that is emerging is no longer an America that can be relied on. However, the Bennett team appears to be prepared to continue with past paradigms rather than chart out different courses and finding new allies.

If Iran is really only two months away from a bomb, Israel will have to better than begging the USA to step in and help them. It may have to strike out on its own.

Ebrahim Raisi is another hardliner, but Western leaders must engage with him to cool the tensions threatening the region

August 14, 2021

A hardline president has taken charge in Iran. An inexperienced government in Israel is threatening military action against Tehran. A lethal shadow war is being waged in the Gulf. Iran’s ally, Hezbollah, is firing missiles into Israel from chaotic Lebanon. Bitter words fly in London over hostage-taking. US fears grow, meanwhile, that the Vienna nuclear talks have failed. Gantz Says Israel Is Prepared to Strike Iran, 'Hope We Won't Get Dragged Into It'

With tensions running high in the aftermath of the tanker attack off Oman, the defense minister says strikes in Lebanon were 'warning shots'

August 5th, 2021

Defense Minister Benny Gantz said on Thursday that Israel is prepared to attack Iran, as tensions run high following an attack on an Israeli-linked tanker off Oman this week, which Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom blamed on Tehran.

In an interview with Israeli news website Ynet, Gantz added that "Iran is seeking to present Israel with a multi-faceted challenge," saying both Israel and the international community must act to curb Iran's actions.

"It is time for diplomatic, economic and even military deeds," defense minister tells ambassadors in special briefing on Iranian aggression.

Gantz assessed that once a decision is made in Tehran, it would be "10 weeks away from having the weapons-grade material necessary for a nuclear weapon." Similar assessments have been made by Israeli and American officials in recent months as Iran and the West have engaged in talks aimed at curtailing its nuclear program.

Gantz insisted during the meeting that Iran was increasingly emboldened in its actions across the region, including the recent attacks on maritime vessels in the Gulf of Oman.

"Now is the time for deeds – words are not enough. It is time for diplomatic, economic, and even military action –otherwise, the attacks will continue," Gantz maintained.    WATCH NEWS REPORT:
PM Bennett: 'Iran can't sit quietly while setting Mideast ablaze'

'No one has any doubt who is behind ship attack,' PM Bennett warns.

"On the issue of the ship, and on the Iranian issue in general, we are working to enlist the world, but at the same time, we also know to act alone. Iran already knows the price that we charge, when someone threatens our security. The Iranians need to understand that they cannot sit in tranquility in Tehran, while they set the entire Middle East ablaze from where they sit. That's over."

He added: "The significant increase to the defense budget, to the IDF's budget, which we passed just this week, reflects this. When dealing with Iran, speeches are not enough - we need a strong IDF, and for that, we need to invest a lot of resources, and that's what we are doing.

China Threatens To Start World War III By Vowing To Nuke Japan 'Continuously' Over Defense Of Taiwan

July 26, 2021

It was the first time in over 50 years that the American and Japanese leaders mentioned Taiwan in their talks, as the statement also decried "China's unlawful maritime claims and activities in the South China Sea" and that the U.S. and Japan "underscore the importance of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait and encourage the peaceful resolution of cross-Strait issues."

This statement did not sit well with the Chinese Communist Party, whose leaders opposed the joint statement between the United States and Japan. Reuters reported that according to China's embassy in the U.S., "Taiwan, Hong Kong and Xinjiang are China's internal affairs and should not be interfered with" and that the exchange between the Japanese and American leaders had "gone beyond the scope of normal bilateral relations, harming third party interests and threatening peace and stability in the region."

Furthermore, a video recently circulated online in Chinese Communist Party channels, threatening to unleash a "continuous" nuclear war until their enemies have fallen. According to WND, the statement said, "When we liberate Taiwan, if Japan dares to intervene by force, even if it only deploys one soldier, one plane and one ship, we will not only return reciprocal fire but also start a full-scale war against Japan."
Israel warns US 'Iran's crossing of nuclear threshold imminent'

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has reportedly said in internal meetings that Iran is in fact accelerating its actions on the nuclear front.

Israel issued a bleak warning to the United States recently, highlighting that Iran is on the verge of becoming a nuclear threshold state, meaning it could begin producing atomic weapons.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett supposedly said in internal meetings that Iran is in fact accelerating its actions on the nuclear front, Israel National News reported.

"Something needs to happen regarding the negotiations with Iran. This 'limbo' cannot continue a time when Iran is advancing rapidly to the point where it is a threshold state," a senior diplomat said.
As Global Persecution Intensifies Survivors and Advocates Seek Solutions: 'I'm Shocked the World Is Just Sitting by Watching'

July 20, 2021

Across the globe, persecution against Christians and other people of faith is growing. In fact, 80 percent of people live in countries where religious activity is restricted by their governments.

Religious minorities are often blamed for the pandemic. Sexual violence has been increasingly used as a tool to get women to convert, and so-called "polite persecution" puts limits on how religious people live their faith.

"Christians are the most persecuted religious group in the world," explains Tristan Azbej, Hungarian State Secretary for the Aid of Persecuted Christians.

In the four years Azbej has managed the Hungary Helps Program, the nation has supported 250,000 persecuted Christians in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia; helped reconstruct 67 churches in Lebanon; and rebuilt the Christian town of Telskuf in Iraq after it was decimated by ISIS.
At Least 45 Christian Churches Set on Fire In Canada as Attacks Escalate

July 20, 2021

An apparent ongoing anti-Christian campaign in Canada has resulted in a total of 45 churches being attacked with some of the buildings being burned to the ground. The crimes stem from far-left terrorists with a Marxist ideology whose sole purpose is to strike fear in Canadians for practicing their faith.

The church fires were reported across Canada following the recent discoveries of unmarked graves on the sites of former boarding schools for Indigenous children, many of which were run by churches. The remains of nearly 1,000 bodies have been found so far, most of them Indigenous children.

3,462 Nigerian Christians killed by herdsmen, Jihadists in 200 days

July 18, 2021
The number of defenceless Christians hacked to death by Nigeria’s Islamic Jihadists and their collaborators in the security forces in the past 200 days or 1st January to 18th July 2021 has risen to no fewer than 3, 462 and this is just sixty-eight deaths less than the total deaths of Nigerian Christians in 2020 which the Open Doors’ World Watch List of Persecuted Christians put at ‘3,530’.

This number further represents daily average Christian deaths of seventeen and second highest since 2014 when over 5000 Christian deaths were recorded in the hands of Boko Haram and Jihadist Fulani Herdsmen.
The number of Churches threatened or attacked and closed or destroyed or burnt since January 2021 is also estimated to be around 300 with at least ten priests or pastors abducted or killed by the jihadists. Taraba State was discovered to be the most affected with at least seventy churches threatened or attacked and closed or burnt or destroyed.

Massacres, starvation and wanton destruction: The truth about Tigray in Ethiopia

Despite a communications blackout imposed by the Ethiopian government, imposed at the beginning of the conflict and ongoing restrictions, reports continue to emerge of horrific crimes perpetrated largely by Eritrean soldiers. These crimes include brutal acts of sexual and gender-based violence, indiscriminate bombing, extrajudicial killings, and looting of homes, businesses and historical and religious sites. The fundamentally sadistic nature is on open display in Tigray.

The December killing of around 700 people at the Maryam Zion Church in Axum, which is believed to house the biblical Ark of the Covenant, brought the crisis into sharp focus. Many were dragged from the church and murdered in the streets. Survivors were not allowed to bury the corpses until hyenas had descended on the town to consume them.

Clergy and worshippers have died in their hundreds during attacks on churches and monasteries. These attacks appear to be timed to coincide with religious festivals, possibly to inflict maximum casualties. According to a Tigrayan official: ‘They kill whomever they find in whichever village they get in. In the village I was in yesterday – it’s a small village – they killed 21 people, out of which seven of them were priests.’

‘They are raping our women – including nuns in convents - they have pillaged our towns, they have ransacked and shelled our churches and mosques, and whoever is left, is just waiting to starve to death.’ So far an estimated 10,000 women and girls, ranging from an eight-year-old to grandmothers aged 72, have been raped.

First Christians sentenced to prison under new law in Iran

Iran’s newly amended penal code, which states that “any deviant education or propaganda that contradicts or interferes with the sacred Sharia [Islamic law] will be severely punished”.
09 JULY 2021
The first Christians to be punished under a newly amended law in Iran aimed at halting the growth of Christianity and other religious groups were sentenced to five years in prison for spreading “propaganda” against Islam after they refused to renounce Christ, sources said.

Amin Khaki, Milad Goudarzi and Alireza Nourmohammadi, all converts from Islam, were sentenced under Article 500 of Iran’s newly amended penal code, which states that “any deviant education or propaganda that contradicts or interferes with the sacred Sharia [Islamic law] will be severely punished.”
The recent election of Ebrahim Raisi, chief justice of Iran, to the presidency, “would appear to indicate that Iran will continue to follow a hard line when it comes to upholding Islamic values,” the analyst said. “His history suggests that we should not expect to see moderation or toleration shown to anyone who ‘deviates’ from Islamic revolutionary aims, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Christian converts will be a primary focus for correction.
Members of the Church of Iran, the three men were informed on June 26 that they had each been given the maximum prison sentences.

Every minute, 11 people die of hunger: Oxfam

About 155 million people around the world live at crisis levels of food insecurity, 20 million more than last year, a new report says.

9 Jul 2021

Eleven people die every minute of hunger, according to a new report by Oxfam, which also found the number of those facing famine-like conditions globally has increased by six times over the past year.

Published on Friday, “The Hunger Virus Multiplies” report (PDF) said the death toll from famine outpaces that of COVID-19, which kills about seven people per minute.

“The statistics are staggering, but we must remember that these figures are made up of individual people facing unimaginable suffering. Even one person is too many,” said Abby Maxman, Oxfam America’s president and chief executive officer.

According to the charity, 155 million people around the world now live at crisis levels of food insecurity or worse – some 20 million more than last year. About two-thirds of them face hunger because their country is in military conflict.

As of mid-June, the number of people falling into the most acute phase of the famine stood at 521,814 across Ethiopia, Madagascar, South Sudan and Yemen – up from 84,500 last year, an increase of more than 500 percent, according to the global report on Food Crises 2021

Keeping up attacks, some Iraq militias challenge patron Iran

July 10, 2021

BAGHDAD: Iran’s expeditionary Quds Force commander brought one main directive for Iraqi militia faction leaders long beholden to Tehran, when he gathered with them in Baghdad last month: Maintain calm, until after nuclear talks between Iran and the United States.

But he was met with defiance. One of the six faction leaders spoke up in their meeting: They could not stay quiet while the death of his predecessor Qassim Soleimani and senior Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis in a US drone strike went unavenged.

Militia attacks have only been increasing against the US in military bases in both Iraq and Syria. Three missile attacks in the last week alone resulted in minor injuries, stoking fears of escalation.

Increasing rocket and drone attacks targeting American troops in Iraq and Syria have alarmed Western and coalition officials. There have been at least eight drone attacks targeting the US presence since Biden took office in January, as well as 17 rocket attacks, according to coalition officials.

The attacks are blamed on the Iranian-backed militias that make up the bulk of Iraq’s state-supported Popular Mobilization Forces. The Biden administration has responded by twice targeting Iraqi militia groups operating inside Syria, including close to the Iraqi border.

July 8, 2021

With the talks beginning to lag, Iranian proxies in Iraq – especially the Shiite militias, have begin to increase their attacks with rockets and drones against US forces. America has responded, but any hopes of crushing the Iranian backed Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) is fantasy.
The Iranians want to force the US our like the Vietcong did when the world saw the US army abandon Saigon. The Mullah’s want to turn Baghdad into Saigon 2.0. By prolonging the negotiations and waging war at the same time, the Iranian leadership is hoping to weaken the American resolve to continue and instead the Biden administration will simply order a major pullback – similar to Afghanistan.

Israel has kept up its international pressure on Iran, warning that it plans on defending itself against Iranian aggression whether or not the US signs a nuclear accord with the Mullahs in Tehran.

The fact is, the Iranians have for years relied on the West’s decline in order to push forward towards nuclear breakout and hegemony. The world’s insatiable need for cheap energy means that Iran is indispensable as an energy exporter. China itself needs inexpensive Iranian oil and gas to fuel its economy.

The coming confrontation with Iran is building up within a broader context of a rising China, aggressive Russia, and most importantly a declining USA, apparently content at pulling back from world leadership as it culturally dismantles itself.    (Start at - 04:33 -)

Methodists agree to same-sex weddings in church

Conference also voted strongly to celebrate commitment of unmarried cohabiting couples

THE Methodist Conference has voted overwhelmingly to permit its ministers to conduct same-sex marriages in its churches and buildings.

The Conference, meeting both online and in-person at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham this week, voted 254 to 46 in favour of a resolution by which “the Conference consents in principle to the marriage of same-sex couples on Methodist premises.

This involved redrafting the Methodist marriage canon to replace the premise that marriage is between one man and one woman. The relevant standing order now states:

“The Methodist Church believes that marriage is given by God to be a particular channel of God’s grace, and that it is in accord with God’s purposes when a marriage is a life-long union in body, mind and spirit of two people who freely enter it.

“Within the Methodist Church this is understood in two ways: that marriage can only be between a man and a woman; that marriage can be between any two people. The Methodist Church affirms both understandings and makes provision in its Standing Orders for them.” READ MORE:

Israel’s Foreign Ministry spokesman tweeted the following after Raisi’s win:

“An extremist figure, committed to Iran’s rapidly advancing military nuclear program, his election makes clear Iran’s true malign intentions, and should prompt grave concern among the international community.”

With Raisi’s win, the Biden team will have to rethink its strategy over the nuclear negotiations it was hoping to wrap up in short order. 10 Jun, 2021

Ethiopia’s troubled Tigray region is now in a state of famine, the UN’s humanitarian chief Mark Lowcock has said, as reports suggest that hundreds of thousands of people are at risk of disaster.

“There is now famine in Tigray,” the official told representatives of UN, EU and US organizations on Thursday, warning the situation may be the worst since the 2011 famine in neighboring Somalia, which killed around 260,000 people.

Lowcock said things are “going to get a lot worse”.

Millions more people in the region also need “urgent food and agriculture/livelihoods support to avert further slides towards famine,” the report apparently said.

PIJ receives even more and not only in terms of money. The Iranian proxy receives weapons, training, money, and even food from the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, said PIJ leader Ramez al-Halabi during an interview with al-Ahd TV in Iraq.

“We saw our Arab and Islamic nation arose, from east to west, in all its components and factions, behind Jerusalem and Palestine and the resistance,” Haniyeh said.

He also vowed to continue to focus on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount “until Al-Aqsa Mosque is liberated.” Hamas fired rockets at Jerusalem last Monday following a weekend of clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinian rioters at the sacred hilltop, sparking Israeli retaliation which led to the war in Gaza.

“Jerusalem is the axis of the struggle… Gaza rose up so as to defend Jerusalem,” Haniyeh said.
Jerusalem – A Cup of Trembling

IDF Military Intelligence knew Hamas would fire on Jerusalem

While neither side wants the fighting to deteriorate into a war with a ground incursion by IDF forces, Hamas has enough rockets to continue firing for at least two months.

MAY 15, 2021

Military Intelligence warned that Hamas would fire rockets on Jerusalem and that the country might find itself at war with the terror group.

A month before Hamas launched its rockets in this latest round of fighting, military intelligence (AMAN) recognized that the narrative on Jerusalem as well as the canceled Palestinian elections had inflamed the Palestinian streets.

AMAN also recognized that the barricades set up by the Israel police at Damascus Gate preventing people from sitting in the plaza and the cry by Hamas military leader Mohammed Dief to come “rescue” Jerusalem only further escalated the tension.

Iran reveals its strategy advising Hamas on war against Israel

What is important here is that the conversation with Ghaani comes as Iranian media published a unique look at Israel’s air defense systems, asserting that Israel is showing new vulnerabilities.
MAY 15, 2021

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force head Esmail Ghaani spoke with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh over the weekend and they discussed the latest developments in the situation and the conflict in Gaza. It comes amid an Iranian regional push to support Hamas, including pro-Iran leader Hadi al-Amiri in Iraq indicating his support for Hamas. Turkey and Iranian-backed Houthis and Hezbollah also support the Hamas war against Israel.

Hamas has conducted unprecedented large volume of rocket fire, up to 135 rockets in five minutes, during this campaign. Hamas is driving the tempo of the war against Israel. Hezbollah is watching. Reports indicate Hezbollah could fire 2,000 rockets a day at Israel in a future war. Iran may have revealed the blueprint Hamas is using.

Hamas, likely with Iranian advice, has increased the speed of their rockets, making them harder to intercept. Hamas launched the war on May 10 on Jerusalem Day. This is clearly a message. Iran had indicated that Israel could be defeated in Quds Day speeches on May 7 and 8. Hamas moved forward on May 10 with the strike aimed at Jerusalem as a symbol of “defending Al-Aqsa.”

U.S. Condemns Rocket Strikes on Israel as Iran, Turkey, Arabs Rally Around Palestinians

The United States has condemned an ongoing barrage of rocket attacks against Israel as Middle Eastern states rallied in support of Palestinians protesting evictions and security restrictions in the disputed holy city of Jerusalem.

As rockets continued to rain down on Israeli cities and settlements amid a sharp spike in unrest between Israeli security forces and Palestinian protestors. The Israel Defense Forces have broadcast dozens of warnings as their Iron Dome system attempted to intercept a volley of what the IDF estimated to be some 150 rockets claimed by the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas and its military wing, Al Qassam Brigades, as well as the Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization and its own force, Al-Quds Brigades.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently in the midst of a struggle to form a new governing coalition in Israel, railed against the rocket strikes in remarks coinciding with the national Jerusalem Day holiday on Monday.

"We are in a fight on several fronts: Jerusalem, Gaza and elsewhere in the country," Netanyahu said. "This evening, on Jerusalem Day, the terrorist organizations in Gaza have crossed a red line and attacked us with missiles in the outskirts of Jerusalem."

Rockets strike Iraqi base housing US troops & other coalition forces – Iraqi military

4 May, 2021

At least two rockets have landed at the Ain al-Asad air base in western Iraq which hosts US and other international forces in the country, the Iraqi military said on Tuesday.

The Ain al-Asad base has been frequently targeted by rockets since the assassination of top Iranian military commander Qasem Soleimani in a US drone strike outside Baghdad airport in January 2020.

Washington has blamed the attacks on Shia militias it insists are linked to Iran. US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said earlier that the US will respond to those strikes “at a time and place of our own choosing.”

April 29th, 2021

An Israeli cabinet minister sharpened his country's warnings against what it would deem a bad new nuclear deal between Iran and world powers, saying war with Tehran would be sure to follow.

Reiterating Israel's position that it does not consider itself bound by the diplomacy, Intelligence Minister Eli Cohen said: "A bad deal will send the region spiraling into war."

seeking short-term benefits should be mindful of the longer-term," he told Reuters. "Israel will not allow Iran to attain nuclear arms. Iran has no immunity anywhere. Our planes can reach everywhere in the Middle East - and certainly Iran."
India Tops 200,000 Dead as Virus Surge Breaks Health System

India crossed a grim milestone Wednesday of 200,000 people lost to the coronavirus as a devastating surge of new infections tears through dense cities and rural areas alike and overwhelms health care systems on the brink of collapse.

The health ministry reported a single-day record 3,293 COVID-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing India's total fatalities to 201,187, as the world's second most populous country endures its darkest chapter of the pandemic yet.

The country also reported 362,757 new infections, a new global record, which raised the overall total past 17.9 million. The previous high of 350,000 on Monday had capped a five-day streak of recording the largest single-day increases in any country throughout the pandemic.

India, a country of nearly 1.4 billion people, is the fourth to cross 200,000 deaths, behind the United States, Brazil and Mexico. And as in many nations, experts believe the coronavirus infections and fatalities in India are severe undercounts.

 Iran: 60% Uranium Enrichment

April 28, 2021

Iran announced that it is now enriching uranium to 60% purity, a dramatic rise from the 20% they announced last year and the 3.67% permitted under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which they began openly violating following the US departure in 2018.

As Iran is now just one small technical step away from weapons-grade nuclear material, it seems obvious that the JCPOA was flawed from the start and failed to stop the mullahs from continuing their nuclear program; something that should have been obvious from their very first violations.

The speed at which the regime could move to 60% enrichment suggests that the regime never actually stopped the program as it should have. After all, they re-installed advanced centrifuges and resumed full activity almost instantaneously. In fact, Atomic Energy Organization head Ali Akbar Salehi said in November 2019 that the regime had effectively tricked the rest of the deal’s signatories into believing that they’d destroyed their centrifuges

“The mullahs spent the financial windfall resulting from lifting the sanctions to arm, train, and finance their proxies in the Middle East, renew their terrorist plots on European soil, advance and expand their ballistic missile program, continue their nuclear program, and suppress the Iranian people. If the past is prologue, no amount of political or economic concessions under any pretext will moderate this regime’s behaviour. Denial, deception, and duplicity are part of its DNA.”

Iranian warships menace US vessels in the Persian Gulf in latest provocation - Navy says incidents lasted for hours

April 27, 2020

"After approximately three hours of the U.S. issuing warnings and conducting defensive maneuvers, the (Iranian) vessels maneuvered away from the U.S. ships and opened distance between them,

Navy officials told The Wall Street Journal that the Harth 55 – a 180-foot long ship – came as close as 70 yards away from the Monomoy and Wrangell as it repeatedly crossed in front of their bows as they were patrolling international waters.

The incidents at sea almost always involve the Revolutionary Guard, which reports only to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Typically, they involve Iranian speedboats armed with deck-mounted machine guns and rocket launchers test-firing weapons or shadowing American aircraft carriers passing through the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow mouth of the Persian Gulf through which 20% of all oil passes.

They also follow a series of incidents across the Mideast attributed to a shadow war between Iran and Israel, which includes attacks on regional shipping and sabotage at Iran's Natanz nuclear facility.
Israel considers possibility of devastating attack by Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq

April 2021

According to Israel Hayom, the possibility of targeting the Israeli home front by a massive missile attack and widespread offensives: "Has until now a relatively weak presence in public and media analysis." However, during the last two years, the institute placed the threat of a massive missile attack: "At the top of the map of updated menaces to Israel."

This extreme scenario states that there is "an arsenal of weapons that will be directed against us," including: "Missiles and drones from Syria and Lebanon, ballistic rockets and cruise missiles from Iran and Iraq."

The result of this "possible" scenario will be destructive and will lead in certain circumstances "to very high death tolls among the population," while noting that Israel has never experienced an attack with precision missiles on its major cities and strategic sites in the past.
‘A Form of Godliness- No power to say no to homosexuality:

True to its doctrine’: Conservatives plan for a new church after United Methodism splits over homosexuality debate

April 24 2020

The United Methodist Church, the third-largest Christian sect in the United States, took another step toward schism over their longstanding debate on LGBT issues when theological conservatives recently unveiled their plan for a new denomination.

The new denomination, should it formally begin operations, will allow for female ordination and be committed to racial equality, as well as have measures to prevent theological liberals from taking over their leadership.

Adam Hamilton, a United Methodist megachurch pastor known for his support of changing the Book of Discipline's stance on LGBT issues, said in 2019 that he expected as many as 7,500 congregations would leave the denomination due to the debate.

Hamilton reasoned that between 3,400 and 6,800 congregations will exit the UMC to join a new theologically conservative denomination while 300 to 1,000 churches will decide that the UMC is still not inclusive enough.

“So we’ll lose 3,400 to 6,800 on one side and maybe 300 to 1,000 churches on the other side,” said Hamilton in 2019, adding that this estimate was “just a guess.”
Known as the Liberation Methodist Connexion, its creation was announced last December, with the group describing themselves as “a grassroots denomination of former, current, and non-Methodist faith leaders working on the unfolding of the kin-dom of God.”

Iran seeks US ‘withdrawal under fire’ from Iraq

BEHIND THE LINES: Around 20 attacks against US personnel and facilities have been carried out since President Joe Biden’s inauguration in January. But the slow build-up of attacks started earlier.

APRIL 22, 2021

A notable uptick in attacks on US personnel and facilities in Iraq has taken place in recent weeks. In the latest incident on Sunday, five rockets were fired at the Balad Air Base, which hosts US personnel. F16 aircraft are stationed at the base. Two foreign contractors and three Iraqi soldiers were wounded. According to a report by Agence France-Presse, two of the rockets landed in the dormitory and canteen of a US contracting company, Sallyport Global Services. The company provides security, training and utilities at Balad.

The Balad attack followed a drone strike on the airport at Erbil on Wednesday. US troops are stationed at the airport, located in the usually peaceful and stable Kurdish autonomous region. This was the first recorded use of a drone against a US target by the Iran-linked Shia militias in Iraq. A rocket attack in February at the airport killed one Iraqi civilian and a contractor working with US forces.

'Laugh now, Zionists - soon you'll be wiped out'

Commander-in-Chief of Iran's Revolutionary Guards says Israel will soon 'disappear at the hands of the Palestinians'.

April 19th, 2021

The commander-in-chief of the Iranian military said Israel would soon “disappear”, while touting Iran’s efforts to bolster the Hezbollah terrorist organization’s “plan to defeat the Zionist regime”.

Major General Hossein Salami, the commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, addressed mourners at the funeral of Mohammed Hejazi, deputy commander of the Quds Force, Monday morning.

"Together with our Hezbollah brothers, he laid the groundwork for destroying the rotten Zionist regime."

Salami warned Israel not to celebrate Hejazi’s death, saying the Jewish state would soon “disappear”, wiped away by “nation you expelled”.

Over 7 Million in East Africa on brink of starvation amid pandemic, violence and infestation

April 11, 2020

Over 7 million people across six East African countries are at the cusp of starvation as communities have faced existential threats from violence, flooding, the pandemic and locust infestation, the evangelical humanitarian organization World Vision has warned.

According to the charity, which operates in nearly 100 countries, thousands of children could face death or long-term health consequences if the international community does not respond quickly to East Africa's worsening crisis.

Debebe Dawit, program manager for World Vision’s humanitarian emergency affairs team, recently visited Ethiopia and saw firsthand the effects of poverty in the East African country. He said the situation is “severe.”

“The situation is very severe in East Africa, and particularly Ethiopia. Over 2 million people are in need of food assistance,” Dawit told The Christian Post in a Thursday interview. “Among conflict, COVID-19, flooding, locust infestation, all these are adding an additional burden to the community.”

UN agencies call for urgent action to avert famine risk in 20 ‘hunger hotspots’

April 1, 2021

Famine is already on the doorstep of millions of families in 20 countries, two UN agencies warned on Tuesday in a report that calls for urgent action to avert rising hunger due to factors such as conflict, climate extremes and the COVID-19 pandemic.

The partners said more than 34 million people worldwide are already facing emergency levels of acute hunger, meaning they are just a step away from starvation.

“The magnitude of suffering is alarming. It is incumbent upon all of us to act now and to act fast to save lives, safeguard livelihoods and prevent the worst situation”, said FAO Director-General Qu Dongyu.

“We are seeing a catastrophe unfold before our very eyes. Famine – driven by conflict, and fuelled by climate shocks and the COVID-19 hunger pandemic – is knocking on the door for millions of families.”

Middle East Quartet discusses return to 'meaningful negotiations'

March 24, 2021

The international Middle East Quartet made up of the European Union, the Russian Federation, the United States, and the United Nations discussed on Tuesday a "return to meaningful negotiations" for a solution to the Palestine-Israel conflict. A copy of the Quartet's statement was sent to MEMO.

"The discussion," he added, "included tangible steps to advance freedom, security, and prosperity for Palestinians and Israelis, which is important in its own right."

In it, the group's Strategic Communications and Public Information Officer, Murad Bakri, said that envoys of the four members had an online meeting to discuss such a return with the aim of reaching a two-state solution.

Pope Francis Calls For ‘New World Order’ For Post-Pandemic World

Pope Francis reportedly called for a 'new world order' for a post pandemic world in a book set to come out on Tuesday in Rome.

The head of the Catholic Church insists for the establishment of a new world order after the pandemic because things will never be the same after it. Breitbart tagged the Pope's call for the new world order as the Great Reset except that the pontiff's moves away from the culture of inclusiveness that works towards the building of a green economy with focus on financial speculation, fossil fuels, and military build-up.

Asked what urgencies he perceives because of the pandemic, the Pope remarked that inequalities and disruptions to the environment can no longer be "blithely" accepted because the "path to humanity's salvation" is focused on their "coexistence among peoples in harmony with Creation." He stressed that everything is interconnected and is likewise affected by the action of one person.

"By changing the lifestyles that drive millions of people, especially children, into the grip of hunger, we will be able to lead a more austere existence that would make a fair distribution of resources possible," the Pope said.

He pointed out that the pandemic is a wake up call for everyone to "remove social injustice and marginalization" by taking the trial that is the pandemic "as an opportunity" to "prepare for tomorrow under the banner of human fraternity" because there is no future for anyone without "an overall vision."

More Americans than ever identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ) according to a survey of sexuality, with one in six people under 23 saying they are something other than heterosexual.

The Gallup Poll released Wednesday, found that 5.6 percent of Americans classify themselves as LGBTQ – up from 4.5 percent in 2017.

Gallup surveyed 15,000 Americans above 18 years of age and found that of those who identified themselves as LGBTQ, 54.6 percent said they were bisexual, 24.5 percent said they were gay, and 11.7 percent said they were lesbians. Another 11.3 percent identified themselves as transgender while 3.3 percent said they preferred to use another term such as ‘queer’ or ‘same-gender loving’ to describe their sexual identity.

The pronounced generational differences raise questions about whether higher LGBTQ identification in younger than older Americans reflects a true shift in sexual orientation, or if it merely reflects a greater willingness of younger people to identify as LGBTQ,” Gallup said.

“To the extent it reflects older Americans not wanting to acknowledge an LGBTQ orientation, the Gallup estimates may underestimate the actual population prevalence of it.”

'Praying that God Protects Us': Killing Continues as Witnesses Recall Massacre of 800 at Church in Ethiopia

Bodies with gunshot wounds lay in the streets for days in Ethiopia’s holiest city. At night, residents listened in horror as hyenas fed on the corpses of people they knew. But they were forbidden from burying their dead by the invading Eritrean soldiers.

Those memories haunt a deacon at the country’s most sacred Ethiopian Orthodox church in Axum, where local faithful believe the ancient Ark of the Covenant is housed. The deacon, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he remains in Axum, said he helped count the bodies - or what was left after hyenas fed. He gathered victims’ identity cards and assisted with burials in mass graves.

He believes some 800 people were killed that weekend at the church and around the city, and that thousands in Axum have died. He recalled soldiers bursting into the church, cornering and dragging out worshippers and shooting at those who fled.

“I escaped by chance with a priest,” he said. “As we entered the street, we could hear gunfire all over.” They kept running, stumbling over the dead and wounded along with others trying to find places to hide.

Photos Reveal Damage from Deadly Rocket Attack at US Base in Iraq

Monday night's attack caught U.S. personnel in their bunks and destroyed contractor living facilities.

February 16, 2021

The rockets that struck U.S. forces at a base in Erbil on Monday night destroyed a contractor living facility, killing one — U.S.-employed but not a citizen — and wounding four others, some American.

"You can see the mangle of bunks inside. Contractors here are shook up and sad," said Katie Bo Williams, posting on Twitter several photos of the damaged facilities.

Fourteen rockets fell on the capital of the Kurdish Regional Government in northern Iraq, in a rare attack on the usually tranquil city claimed by an Iranian-supported militia group called Saraya Awliya al-Dam.
A group called Saraya Awliya al-Dam took immediate responsibility, and claimed to have fired 24 rockets in the attack. The group is widely seen as a front for Iran-linked militia in Iraq, in particular Kataib Hezbollah, the group that killed multiple Americans in two attacks on U.S. bases in Iraq in 2019 and 2020

Iran Threatens to Take Out Tel Aviv if Israel Follows Through With New Military Plans
Israeli Lieutenant-General Aviv Kochavi, chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces said this analysis had caused him to draw up new plans against Iran, which he accused of operating through allied militias across the Middle East, including Lebanon and Syria, where Israel was already active in a campaign of air raids.
"In view of this fundamental analysis, I ordered the Israel Defense Forces to prepare a number of operational plans, in addition to what we have already, and we will develop them over the next year," Kohavi said. "It will be the government, of course, who decides on implementing them, but these plans have to be ready, they have to be on the table and they have to be documented."

These remarks resounded in Tehran, where Iranian Armed Forces spokesperson Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi dismissed them as "psychological warfare." He issued a stark warning in response.

"If even the slightest mistake is made, we will level Haifa and Tel Aviv in the shortest possible time," Shekarchi said in comments carried Wednesday by the semi-official Tasnim News Agency.
"I would like to emphasize that the policy I am pursuing is clear: we will not allow Iran to arm itself with nuclear weapons," the Israeli leader said. "I say this to enemies and friends alike, it is our top mission, to preserve the life of our country."
Doomsday Clock Close as Ever to Midnight in 2021 over COVID, Nukes, Climate Change

Leading experts have left the Doomsday Clock at its closest point to midnight ever in 2021, signaling a continued concern at the highest level yet toward existential threats to humanity.

Members of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists unveiled this year's deliberation on the symbolic Doomsday Clock at a virtual event Wednesday. The clock was set to 100 seconds, unchanged from the 2020 finding, which marked the latest the time has ever been pushed since the clock was devised in 1947.

The threat to humanity's survival is even higher today, the group's experts found, and many found the U.S. has played a unique role in endangering the world as we know it.

Rachel Bronson, president and CEO of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, pointed to COVID-19 as a sign that the world remained woefully ill-equipped to deal with potentially apocalyptic threats.

"The hands of the Doomsday Clock remain at 100 seconds to midnight, as close to midnight as ever," Bronson said in a statement sent to Newsweek.

"The lethal and fear-inspiring COVID-19 pandemic serves as a historic 'wake-up call,' a vivid illustration that national governments and international organizations are unprepared to manage the truly civilization-ending threats of nuclear weapons and climate change."

Iran Leaders Keep Focus on Biden As Israel Threatens Military Strike Over Nuclear Deal

Iran began violating the agreement after Trump withdrew and broke with it entirely after the American assassination of Major General Qassem Soleimani last year. Tehran has since expanded its stockpile of enriched uranium and increased enrichment to 20 percent, a short technical step from 90 percent weapons-grade uraniam.

Rouhani told a cabinet meeting Wednesday the world is waiting for Biden to make his move. "The whole world—except a few countries—is calling on the United States unanimously to return to its commitments under the JCPOA," Rouhani said, according to the state-run PressTV.

Rouhani also again claimed victory over Trump's "maximum pressure" campaign of sanctions, covert action, military posturing and diplomatic pressure, dismissing the former president as a "vicious criminal."

Meanwhile, conservatives in the U.S. and American allies in the Middle East—chief among them Israel—are mobilizing against the JCPOA. IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi said Tuesday he had ordered his forces to draw up military options to deal with the threat from Iran.

"Iran can decide that it wants to advance to a bomb, either covertly or in a provocative way. In light of this basic analysis, I have ordered the IDF to prepare a number of operational plans, in addition to the existing ones. We are studying these plans and we will develop them over the next year," Kohavi said.

Prepare for Persecution: Domestic Terror Law, Big Tech, and Big Media May Target Christians

Dreher describes what may be coming to America as "soft totalitarianism."

"It's not going to have gulags, secret police – the thing the Soviets had. Rather, this is something that is going to be done mostly by Big Tech limiting access to the economy, keeping it so only those who conform with what the regime wants can participate in the economy," explained Dreher.

Social media speech censorship and Amazon's recent shutdown of servers for the popular conservative website Parler could provide a clue as to what may lie ahead.

"It's going to come from big business and Big Tech who will be using their freedom in our free-market society to marginalize and oppress 'deplorables,' which includes political conservatives and religious conservatives," Dreher insisted.

"We're going to see people designated as terrorists – people who have no interest in terrorism at all who do not support violence, but who simply question the way things are done in this country and they do so from the right," predicted Dreher. "I believe that Christians – conservative Christians – are going to be targeted too and there will be no discrimination between us peaceful conservative Christians and those who want violence."

Earthquake death toll at 73 as Indonesia struggles with string of disasters
Police and military officers have been deployed to crack down on looting in several parts of the region

January 17, 2021

At least 73 people have been killed after an earthquake struck Indonesia's West Sulawesi province on Friday, the disaster mitigation agency (BNPB) said on Sunday, the latest in a string of disasters to hit the Southeast Asian country.

More than 820 people were injured and over 27,800 left their homes after the 6.2 magnitude quake, BNPB spokesman said. Some sought refuge in the mountains, while others went to cramped evacuation centers, witnesses said.
Straddling the so-called Pacific Ring of Fire, Indonesia is regularly hit by earthquakes. In 2018, a devastating 6.2-magnitude quake and subsequent tsunami struck the city of Palu, in Sulawesi, killing thousands.

Just two weeks into the new year, the world's fourth-most populous country is battling several disasters. Floods in North Sulawesi and South Kalimantan province each have killed at least five this month, while landslides in West Java province have killed at least 29, authorities said.

France’s Foreign Minister Jean Yves Le Drian on Saturday said that Iran was in the process of acquiring a nuclear weapons capacity with its breaches of the 2015 nuclear agreement.

Speaking to the Journal du Dimanche newspaper, Le Drain accused the outgoing United States leadership of exacerbating the crisis with Iran and pushing Tehran to advance its nuclear program.

With the Biden administration taking over in a matter of days and its clear insistence that it do everything in its power to reenter the nuclear deal, sources in the IDF and the government claim that the IDF is preparing multiple options to deal with this development.

Given Israel’s new alliance with the Gulf Sunni states, its strategic depth has expanded. To hit Iran it simply has to fly North from the new joint UAE-Israel base near the Emirates. Without the need for refueling or even permission from the USA to fly over Iraq, a preemptive strike becomes far more feasible.

January 14, 2021

With what has become a major news story, the Israeli air bombardment on Iranian forces near Iraq has completely set back Iranian arms smuggling into Syria.

The AP is reporting that the intel for the strike came directly from the USA. Still, to launch an attack from Israel all the way to the Euphrates is not only amazing, but a dramatic escalation and message to the Iranians. With the incoming Biden administration replete with sinophiles, the Israeli government wanted to set back Iranian expansion in the region before inauguration day.

With the region on edge and Trump seemingly leaving office on January 20th, Israel may have to keep pounding away at Iranian position along the Syrian border with Iraq and if possible in Iraq itself in order to set back the Mullah’s advance enough that Jerusalem can weather the Biden administration’s plans for rapprochement with the Mahdi regime in Tehran. “Extremists are emboldened by government weakened by COVID-19 restrictions, knowing that they can steal food and medical supplies from already embattled Christian communities around the world,” he said.

Violence by Islamists in Nigeria amounts to genocide, Curry said. Attacks have spilled over into neighboring countries. Across Africa, even countries with sizeable Christian majorities like Mozambique and Burkina Faso have suffered from Islamic persecution. It only takes a few extremists to commit violence against Christians.

Other persecution hotspots around the globe include China and India, Open Doors announced. In China, the Communist Party has cracked down on Christians by using surveillance technology. In the last year, it has integrated its social credit and video security system, enabling it to track its people and punish them for attending church.
In India, the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party has encouraged persecution of Christians by sanctioning Hindu extremism, Open Doors research found. The party has told its nation that only Hindus are truly Indian, Curry told The Christian Post. Political leaders have discouraged police from responding to attacks on Christians.

He said such an arrangement provides a terror threat in the region and elsewhere and could threaten the Abraham Accords – peace agreements between Israel and nearby Arab countries – by allowing Al Qaeda to blackmail them.

He said it could allow Al Qaeda leaders to increase influence in places like Syria and Somalia, launch attacks on European countries such as France and Germany, and could see a situation where Al Qaeda carries out attacks on Iran’s orders.

"You don’t have to be a former CIA director to see the Iran-Al Qaeda axis as a massive force for evil all over the world," he said.

"Prophet" Jeremiah Johnson gets threats after Trump prophesy apology; slams some in prophetic movement

January 11, 2020

Evangelical prophet Jeremiah Johnson said he’s now getting death threats from Christians after apologizing to his followers Thursday for “inaccurately prophesying” that President Donald Trump would win a second term.

Johnson, who also called out Christians for their idolatry of the outgoing president, revealed in a statement on Facebook Sunday that the attacks have shown him that “parts of the prophetic/charismatic movement are far SICKER than I could have ever dreamed of.”

“Over the last 72 hours, I have received multiple death threats and thousands upon thousands of emails from Christians saying the nastiest and most vulgar things I have ever heard toward my family and ministry. I have been labeled a coward, sellout, a traitor to the Holy Spirit, and cussed out at least 500 times. We have lost ministry partners every hour and counting,” said the leader of Jeremiah Johnson Ministries. Read More:

Iran Starts 20% Uranium Enrichment, Seizes South Korean Ship

Iran began enriching uranium Monday to levels unseen since its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers and also seized a South Korean-flagged tanker near the crucial Strait of Hormuz, a double-barreled challenge to the West that further raised Mideast tensions.

Both decisions appeared aimed at increasing Tehran’s leverage in the waning days in office for President Donald Trump, whose unilateral withdrawal from the atomic accord in 2018 began a series of escalating incidents.

Increasing enrichment at its underground Fordo facility puts Tehran a technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%, while also pressuring President-elect Joe Biden to quickly negotiate. Iran’s seizure of the MT Hankuk Chemi comes as a South Korean diplomat was due to travel to the Islamic Republic to discuss the release of billions of dollars in Iranian assets now frozen in Seoul.
‘Naval BOMB’ prone to ‘sudden explosion’ found on hull of Iraqi tanker as Iran warns US may use false-flag attack to start war

2 Jan, 2021

Explosives experts were called in to defuse a naval mine found attached to the hull of an oil tanker as it departed an Iraqi port, prompting an evacuation of the ship’s crew amid simmering tension in the Gulf.

Iraqi authorities confirmed the discovery on Friday morning through the semi-official Security Media Cell Twitter account, saying a “foreign body” was spotted on the vessel as it entered international waters in the Persian Gulf on Thursday afternoon, some 28 nautical miles off Iraq’s coast.

It remains unclear who was behind the apparent mining attempt, with no party taking responsibility. Washington, however, has repeatedly blamed Iran for similar incidents in the past, including a series of mine attacks on tankers stationed in and around the Persian Gulf in the summer of 2019. Tehran has emphatically denied the allegations.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif claimed on Thursday that “intelligence from Iraq” suggested that the US was plotting to “fabricate a pretext for war,” around the time early reports emerged about the naval mine. The FM vowed that Iran would “openly and directly” defend its people.
Iran general warns US that it's ready to respond to military pressure

The remarks come as tensions remain high between Tehran and Washington

January 1, 2021

The top commander of Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard said Friday that his country was fully prepared to respond to any U.S. military pressure as tensions between Tehran and Washington remain high in the waning days of President Donald Trump’s administration.

Soleimani’s replacement, Brig. Gen. Esmail Ghaani, said at the ceremony that Iran was not afraid of confronting "powers," again without naming the U.S. He also warned that "freedom seekers" within the U.S. could retaliate for the attack that killed Soleimani, telling America that "inside your own home, there might be those who want to respond to the crime that you committed."

"By committing a craven act of terror against Gen Soleimani, the US violated int’l law & the UN Charter in a blatant violation of Iraqi sovereignty," said a post on the ministry's Twitter account. "The US’ lawlessness in full show. #Iran won’t rest until bringing those responsible to justice."

Already, America has conducted B-52 bomber flyovers and sent a nuclear submarine into the Persian Gulf over what Trump administration officials describe as the possibility of an Iranian attack on the anniversary of Soleimani's killing.

US Warns Iran

Iran is a country that has a government who sponsors terrorism worldwide. Terrorist organizations around the world rely on Iran for funding to murder people. And under the Trump administration, the US will have none of it. No deal with a terrorist regime who can’t be trusted. Yes to sanctions to pressure them to stop building a nuclear weapon. America has shown its strength against Iran. The Trump administration has set boundaries. Iran knows that Trump doesn’t play games.

Iran wants to destroy Israel. But they do not only want to wipe the Jewish state off the map, they want to destroy America as well. The entire Western World is a threat to their ideology. America is warning Iran – back down. They are threatening them that if they try to do anything, they will be attacked. As the anniversary of the assassination of top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani approaches on January 3, America is sending a message to Iran: Don’t attack. Don’t retaliate. Will Iran heed the warning? It would be very unwise to ignore the warning that the US sent.
Iran Vows Soleimani Revenge As First Anniversary of Assassination Looms

January 1, 2021

Iran is preparing to mark the anniversary as regime leaders continue to vow revenge against the U.S. Iranian forces responded to the strike in January with ballistic missile attacks on Iraqi military bases housing American troops, wounding more than 100. But Iranian officials have promised more retaliation.

Iraq has been the main battleground for the U.S.-Iranian conflict. Tehran-aligned militias have regularly targeted American interests there, and since November have resumed rocket attacks on the U.S. embassy in Baghdad and IED attacks on American convoys elsewhere.

This prompted Trump's warning of retaliation if any Americans are killed. The president posted photos of unfired rockets from the most recent attack on the U.S. embassy, warning: "Now we hear chatter of additional attacks against Americans in Iraq. Some friendly health advice to Iran: If one American is killed, I will hold Iran responsible. Think it over."

Iran has long held sway in war-torn Iraq, expanding its influence massively during the disastrous American occupation of the country and the sectarian civil war that followed. Masjedi claimed Iran does not want Iraq to be dragged into its conflict with the U.S., but Iranian and allied activities tell a different story. Pressure on the U.S. embassy has prompted the State Department to draw staffing levels there down amid security concerns.
